1. Connecting & Planning

Our journey begins with a conversation — a relaxed, personal chat to understand your story. This is the time to ask questions, and begin shaping the moments you want preserved.

• Start by booking a call so we can answer your questions and learn a little about your story. We’ll follow up with a simple questionnaire that gently prepares you for the kinds of memories we’ll explore together

• From there, we’ll meet you in person at a location that feels right for you. It’s a warm, informal visit that helps us connect and ensures your filming day feels comfortable, natural, and meaningful

• This is also when you’ll complete the necessary paperwork and provide a retainer (10% deposit) to secure your session, taking the first big step in capturing your family’s story

2. Crafting Your Story

On filming day, we bring everything to you and come to a location that feels special, your home or a meaningful family spot. There’s no need for scripts or rehearsals. We focus on authentic conversation, letting your personality and memories shine.

• Ensure a minimum of 4 hours, up to 6 hours are free in your day for us to film

• We bring the full cinematic experience to you, lights, cameras, and sounds. That way we can create a film that holds your memories with the warmth and depth they deserve

• We guide the interview in a way that feels intimate and relaxed, more like sharing meaningful stories with a friend so the cameras fade into the background

• Followed by capturing additional footage, including to family photos and home videos or mementos to enrich your story

• Your memories are then transformed into a cinematic experience. We carefully shape your words into a compelling narrative, preserving authenticity while highlighting the moments that matter most.

• We craft a 15 or 30 minute cinematic film based on the package you select that brings your story to life

• Included in your package is one round of revisions, so your Legacy Film tells your family’s story exactly as you envision it

3. Preserving & Sharing Your Legacy

Once complete, your film is delivered beautifully and thoughtfully, giving your family keepsakes they’ll cherish forever.

• With our Legacy Film package you will receive a USB keepsake with your film recorded in 4k that preserves your story for generations

• Along with a digital copy of your film that is delivered through a secure link that can be viewed, stored, or shared with those who matter most
